Expect a Wonderful Childbirth

If you look for unbearable pain, long labor, complications, interventions which are beyond your control, you will see plenty of those things. If, on the other hand, you look for joy, power, love, kindness, blessings, support, you will easily have them.

Much of what we experience is what we expect to happen. The world is so rich in each and every moment with so many facets that we cannot possibly take it all in. Our senses, as perceptive as they are filter each day through our expectations. Those expectations are whatever you intentionally decide they will be.

And your experience of childbirth will follow right along. By expecting a miraculous childbirth, which you will treasure, you can create it.

You will find a way towards the very best you expect. Base your real, sincere expectations not on what you have already experienced, but on what you would like to see happen. Sure enough, as if by miracle, those things will become true.
