Your Efforts in Childbirth

Some of your efforts to prepare for childbirth will bring valuable results. Other efforts will give you wisdom from experience. If you have a positive view on what you do, no effort is wasted. Everything that happens to you can move you towards your goal.

When you prepare for childbirth, anticipate what might go wrong and take steps to avoid those things. Don't make the mistake of skipping your preparation and not getting ready for childbirth, because you fear your own fears. Ultimately childbirth is your own responsibility. It is so meaningful and worthy that your commitment to deal with any obstacles that might arise will give you great rewards.

It is easy to compile a list of excuses for not taking the responsibility for your birth. But in this way you also have no control on what you will be served, so you have to take it whether you like it or not.

Though you know it might not be always easy going, be bold and welcome the process. If you let it be, it will be the best it could be.

Be willing to meet the resistance that you know will come, talk to this part of yourself that is holding you back, and move beyond, then an empowering childbirth is surely yours.
