Make the Most in Childbirth

In childbirth be yourself. You are unique. There are things you like and things you dislike.

Accept yourself as you are and others as they are. You are who you are with your dreams, passions, idiosyncrasies, preferences and desires. Make sure in this wonderful time of childbirth you are treated as you like.

Childbirth is the time that you are in control; you are in the center and your baby. Make it so. It is not the time to be convenient to others, but others are there to serve you and make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

You are the most important person in childbirth. Choose the people to attend it with care and know that you are in harmony. The moment of childbirth carries enormous opportunity. It is not the time to fight and resist, but to totally surrender in love.

I have found that once you surrender and welcome the process, pain disappears and you are in a wonderful state of bliss.
