Create a Wonderful Childbirth

I dive inside and see a light.
A magic lamp is glowing.
It has a message I ignored
but still it brightly shines.

I feel it in my heart -
a message I have lost,
a secret message cuddled in my heart.

It says a simple truth:
"You can have the birth you like!
Just be willing!"

Willing to let go of fear
Willing to let go of prejudices
Willing to just relax
Willing to love yourself
Willing to have faith
Willing to just be
Willing to surrender
Willing to trust your body

No special preparation,
no medical attention,
no knowledge, neither ignorance
can help as much as
willingness!

Be here and now, look deep inside
