Childbirth is Not about Coincidences

Childbirth is not a random roll of dice or the spin of a roulette wheel. It is not the odds that make the real difference in childbirth, but what you actually do and think.

It is up to you to decide the best way to give birth. You are in control and can influence the circumstances. Taking responsibility and making the necessary steps you can get the outcomes you expect. Those who depend solely on the odds and do not do anything about it themselves may not have the best options.

Keep in mind that the results in childbirth depend on your own thoughts and actions, not on the statistical average.

Rather than the odds giving you a false sense of confidence or a wall of unwarranted fear, focus on what you have control. Take full responsibility for your own childbirth, and you will have precisely what you choose to have.
