The Power of Each Thought in ChildbirthEach thought, each action resonates in your world and fulfillment comes to you. It is not necessary that you strain, only believe. In the strength of your belief, you will gain the easiest childbirth. Your body is manifestation of pure spirit and this spirit is perfect. Therefore your body is perfect and can give birth effortlessly as you breathe. When you are confident and serene there can be no obstacle or undesirable circumstances to your power to give birth. Each of your positive thought or action starts a chain of reaction. You simply create your experience. Once you learn to control, direct and focus all the thousands of little thoughts and actions that few people even think about, your childbirth will not only be easy, it will be ecstatic. The law of creation is bigger than you and it works perfectly through your body if you simply relax in the contemplation of the good, secure in the thought that everything is guided by a universal power of love and infinite intelligence that is within you and around you. Each tiny fraction of a moment is an opportunity to develop a new attitude. When you bundle all those opportunities together in the service of your childbirth, you realize that as you think deep in your heart, so it will be. Trust the universal mind in its all great knowledge to show you the time, the place, the need and the way. With each and every thing you do, with each thought you think, with every word you speak, you plant seeds of an easy empowering childbirth. The thoughts of all mankind have become things. Accept whatever is good in these thoughts. When a positive, powerful attitude permeates your life, the seeds of positive thoughts create the most wonderful experience of childbirth as an expression of your most authentic self.
