Sincerity in Childbirth

You might wonder what sincerity has to do with childbirth. In fact it is the core of enjoyable birth. Being first true and authentic with yourself you start to tune in to the delicate wisdom of your body. When you know yourself, you can rely on your own judgment. Sincerity is the bridge to knowing best what needs to be done in any given moment.

When you have no intention to impress others, you will indeed be yourself. When you have no concern for appearances, you will be authentically sincere.

In childbirth say what you mean be who you are, and do what you know is right.

Live in pregnancy and birth with sincerity and path you follow will be richly fulfilling.
