Flexible in Childbirth
Childbirth is so female, so natural phenomenon that is the epitome of flexibility and resilience. Rigidness can quickly be frustrated by sufficient force. Flexibility can keep replenishing energy, when it is spent and keep springing back into place.
When you are willing and able to bend, you are much less likely to break. When you are able to adapt to changing situations and successfully make your way through even the most difficult challenges, then you will succeed.
Being flexible does not mean to give in to advices you do not approve or being less firm in your commitment to have the birth you want. It means to be more creative, more open to new and better ways of achieving your aims.
Flexibility enables you to remain strong and true to your position and to successfully handle whatever challenges you come along.
Be committed to your values and flexible about how you will express them and fulfill them. With firm will and flexible approach, you can truly achieve an empowering childbirth.
