Consider Your Choices in Childbirth

Carefully consider your choices in childbirth, but do not get so consumed with making the perfect choice that you lose your calmness. The most important choice in childbirth is your attitude and willingness to be there and experience this magic.

Even though you do not give birth every day, childbirth is completely natural. Your setting will definitely help you to have an easier birth, but what matters most is the setting of your mind.

Most choices will involve some degree of compromise, you might not always have the people you want to attend your birth, or the place might not be the one you have thought about.

Instead of holding out for the perfect option, make the best choice that is available to you.

Remember that the fulfillment of your vision of birth depends mainly on your attitude and ideas, not on the outer circumstances.

Only the choice of setting for birth will not solve all your problems or instantly bring you what you hope for. It is the small choices throughout your pregnancy that make you ready for an easy and empowering childbirth. Keep making the best choices every day and your dream of a wonderful birth will indeed become real.
