Birthing a baby childbirth can be very enjoyable experience which strengthens your bonding with the baby if you communicate with it during childbirth. Babies are aware and can respond to you with movement. They trust you and listen to you and have an instinct to understand you even in the womb.
If you allow yourself to give birth and communicate with the baby while giving birth, you build a team. You and your baby are the real team, not the doctors, the midwifes or any one else. You are the ones who do the work in a natural undisturbed setting. You can work together. I have experienced it during my three unassisted births. Babies listen at that moment. You can tell them what you need them to do -- wether to kick and push themselved out, or to stand still for a while so that you can recover. Your body responds to your thoughts and this is amazing. Just try it.
If you want to be able to control childbirth, because you literally control it and are responsible for it wether you know it or not, you need practice before the actual event. You need to learn how to ask your body to behave or react in certain ways and see the proof. You need to try to communicate with your baby in advance and see how it responds. This will help you immensely during childbirth.
