Live Childbirth Video

When I watch a live childbirth video, I think what makes the difference between a positive and negative birth experience. Even a small effort to educate yourself, to take the responsibility for your birth can change your momentum from negative to positive. But why settle for a small effort? When childbirth seems overwhelming, dig in and educate yourself more. Childbirth is simple, the magic of the moment is just an attitude. When the challenge seems difficult and complicated, that’s your opportunity to create enormous value, when it seems tough that is your chance to grow stronger.

Remember, however, that childbirth is not a battle of will power, it is a surrender and letting yourself follow the flow of the process.

A quick look in the mirror will confirm something you may have forgotten about. You are designed and equipped to give birth effortlessly and naturally with ease. You can positively thrive on the challenge of childbirth. It is a challenge of your mind frame and attitude much more than a challenge for your body. You have the intuitive knowledge of the birthing process. Look how effective is the woman in this live childbirth video. It is not a matter of skill, it is her innate ability to let go, listen to her body and dive in the river of birthing energy which pushes her baby into the world. And you’ve experienced before how great it feels to make full, productive use of what you have.

So stand tall and strive to have the birth of your dreams. Become more courageous by seeing other women doing it as in this live childbirth video. Reach for the birth of your dreams and it will pull you ever higher.

Childbirth Resources

Spiritual Midwifery Book

The classic book on home birth is now available in a new edition, with updated information on the safety of natural childbirth, new birthing stories, and the most recent statistics on births managed by The Farm Midwives. Included are stories of working with Amish women, shedding light on a different culture with a similar appreciation for natural childbirth. Ina May also provides new information about potentially dangerous techniques routinely used in hospitals during and after birth, as well as the latest findings about VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean). Improved instructions for handling breech births are also given. When the first edition of Spiritual Midwifery was published in 1976, it introduced an entire generation of young women to the possibility of home birth and breast feeding. It also breathed new life into the all-but-vanished field of midwifery.
