Childbirth is a double gate for the newborn into the world and for the mother into the deepest layers of her consciousness and self. Having access to these levels, a mother has the chance to overcome traumas from her own childbirth, regain her lost energy in life and be replenished with new power. Conscious childbirth can help a mother and baby to bond and share the feeling of oneness which goes beyond their two bodies, touching the soul of the human kind, the animals and spiritual realms.
