Have faith in your body, connect with your spiritual resources, be inspired and courageous and you will have the best birth you could possibly have.

I consider it essential for mothers-to-be to read childbirth stories, watch online childbirth videos, read books and consult practitioners to be informed and aware of the process of birth. Feel in your heart what is best for you and be committed to it. Your own childbirth experience is worth all the efforts.
