Spiritual Midwifery is a truly unique book. It was been favorite to many birthing mother and prepared them to understand the spiritual aspect of birth. The fourth edition is published in 2002 and now it includes even stories from the babies, now grown up, whose birth was shared in the original book.

The book is really full of practical information about birth, yet it value is revealing the spiritual aspect of birth. Ina May and the midwives at the Farm showed that birth is sacred and transformational.
