Video of Natural Child Birth

The video of natural child birth can inspire you to trust in your body and have faith in your capability to give birth naturally. The greatest obstacle to natural birth is the fear of pain. The amount of pain experienced by women during childbirth varies. Some perceive it as intense and agonizing. Other feel no pain or very little. Many factors affect pain perception – among them are the cultural beliefs, fear, previous births, foetal presentation, birthing position, a woman’s natural pain threshold.

The uterine contractions are always intense, but women experience them differently as painful or not. When a woman enters in the second stage of childbirth, usually in natural birth the endorphins are flowing in her body and provide natural pain relief. So this stage may not be perceived as painful at all, and can even be considered joyous or ecstatic.

In natural childbirth, pain is appreciated for the message it brings. It might direct a woman to change her positions, to squat or to get on all fours. Pain directs her to wait or to push, to adjust the position of the emerging baby, or to change her behaviour so as to avoid injury. When pain is suppressed, the woman cannot respond to this natural signal.
